 1:34: So anyways, without further ado, the thing that I want to talk about today. 
 1:38: is income generating activities that can move the needle forward for you and your business. 
 1:45: And the reason that this came up is because twice a week,, in sales mama school, we have training calls, group calls, we talk about mindset, we talk about business, we talk about motherhood, womanhood, we talk about all the things. 
 1:57: But the biggest thing is we want to move the needle forward in our lives and in our business. 
 2:05: And the thing that came up today. 
 2:07: was we were talking about money mindset and how even still after all this time, we have limiting beliefs around mindset, things like, I'll never be able to get ahead or who am I to make this kind of money, who am I to ask for this kind of money, even when it's like low ticket offers. 
 2:23: Well, I'm talking like. 
 2:25: 50 $10 like $10.50 dollars, $100 and we still are like, who am I to ask for this kind of money? 
 2:32: And then there's those, you know, who still have it when you're at the $25 you know, $20,000 offers, $50,000 offers, and so on. 
 2:39: And yes, those offers do exist. 
 2:42: I've sold them, I have them. 
 2:44: I talked to people all the time about it. 
 2:46: I used to think that it was like totally wild. 
 2:49: This shit happens and I'm telling you, when you up level the people around you. 
 2:53: You will be so inspired by the things that go on that you don't even know existed until you put yourself in uncomfortable situations and in new circles, OK? 
 3:05: And so anyways, in these, in this call this morning, we were talking about physical health, mental health, and financial health, right? 
 3:14: And so, if I were to say to you You, hey, if you want to get in, you know, peak physical health, what would you do? 
 3:20: A lot of times people are like, oh, I'd eat healthy every day, I'd exercise every day, I'd lift weights every day, I'd get good sleep, I'd get sunshine, I'd drink water. 
 3:31: I do all of these things, right? 
 3:34: Like, great. 
 3:35: So you know how to physically take care of yourself. 
 3:37: And then we did the same thing for mental health, right? 
 3:39: What would you do if you wanted to be in peak mental wellness? 
 3:43: I'd meditate, I'd pray, I'd talk to, you know, my spirit guides, I'd journal, I'd walk in nature, I'd also get exercise and sunshine and sleep. 
 3:54: And they came up with all of these things that would also put them in peak mental health, right? 
 3:59: And you can have therapy and counseling and life coaches and all of those things in there too, right? 
 4:03: And then we get to financial health, right? 
 4:06: And it's like all across the freaking board. 
 4:09: People are like, oh, I'd do affirmations or I'd write in my journal, or I'd talk about it, or I'd look at this thing or I'd try and save some money here, or I'd try and do some things there. 
 4:21: And what's funny is every person in this group is a business owner. 
 4:25: Every single person in this group is a business owner. 
 4:28: Not one person. 
 4:31: Had an income generating activity on their financial health habit board or their habit,, like what they would do on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, not freaking one of them. 
 4:44: I was like, you guys, no wonder you're never gonna get ahead. 
 4:48: No wonder you're never gonna make more money or get out of this freaking rat race that you're in is because your habits predict your future. 
 4:56: And right now, Your habits for your financial health are based on an old version of you. 
 5:04: And that version may not be you, it may be, you know, like a, a generational thing, right? 
 5:08: Because sometimes those things are passed down from generation to generation where you want to talk about You know, passing trauma down or epigenetics or anything along those lines, right? 
 5:18: Sometimes those stories and beliefs aren't even ours to carry, but it still freaking happens. 
 5:24: But in order for you to want to move forward in your financial health and overcome these limiting beliefs, or Impostor syndrome, or I can't or I don't know how to or whatever bullshit you tell yourself, you have to show up because the magic is in the action and the action is in your habits. 
 5:48: And if you don't change your habits, you're never going to change your life. 
 5:52: You're never going to change your life. 
 5:53: And this is where I find that I blend the spirituality with the strategic because there's a lot of people that are like, Oh, if you only write down all your numbers and blah blah blah blah blah, great, fine. 
 6:03: Yes, you can do all of the, you know, all of the action steps and all of the strategic stuff. 
 6:08: But if you also don't address the mindset side of things, there's this incongruency where you can only get so far. 
 6:14: And then the same side, if you go too far on the woo side, where you're only doing affirmations, or you're only praying about it, or you're only doing the, the mental side or the spiritual side of things, and there's lack of action. 
 6:26: And so you don't actually get that far, OK? 
 6:30: And so I have challenged the gals in my sales mama school, and I challenge you as well. 
 6:35: What income generating activities can you do on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to move the needle forward in your life and in your business? 
 6:45: OK. 
 6:46: And so here I have 10 income-generating activities that you can do this freaking week. 
 6:52: You can do these this week, OK? 
 6:54: And you don't have to pick every single one of them to do every single day. 
 6:58: But I highly encourage you to pick your top 3 that you are going to do every single day. 
 7:04: And follow-up is one of those things for me. 
 7:07: So, call to actions, posting, making the offers, follow-ups, those things. 
 7:13: Oh yeah, every fucking day. 
 7:15: We're gonna do those every single day because nobody's gonna know that you exist if you don't tell people that you exist. 
 7:22: This is where people get caught up. 
 7:23: They're like, oh, I'm gonna have this big beautiful. 
 7:24: Website, except for nobody knows that it exists because you are not talking to people, OK? 
 7:30: So 10 income generating moves that you can make right now, this day, this week. 
 7:36: Here we go. 
 7:37: We're gonna get through them quickly cause now I have 3 minutes to get to my sales call. 
 7:40: OK. 
 7:41: One, follow up. 
 7:44: Follow up, follow up, follow up. 
 7:45: The fortune is in the follow up. 
 7:46: I will tell you this until I'm blue in the face and if you ever join my sales mama school, I'm gonna just like beat it into you. 
 7:54: I have an entire section on following up and it's not as simple as like, hey, did you get my last message? 
 8:02: There is an art to the follow up. 
 8:05: But if you're not sure what that art is, do what you can and at least follow up. 
 8:10: So I would encourage you to message or text, call, whatever, 3 to 5 leads every single day. 
 8:15: Money loves action. 
 8:18: Money loves action. 
 8:19: Money loves momentum. 
 8:21: Make it move, make money moves, OK? 
 8:24: Number 2, post, post, post, post. 
 8:27: Share three value-packed posts this week, showing off your expertise. 
 8:32: Flex that confidence muscle, you guys. 
 8:35: Stop being a secret. 
 8:37: You have knowledge, you have a gift. 
 8:40: Share it with the world. 
 8:41: Get over yourself. 
 8:43: Impostor syndrome is an ego thing. 
 8:46: Get out of your ego and into your higher self, OK? 
 8:50: Do not let your ego take over. 
 8:53: What does your highest self say? 
 8:54: What is the most badass version of yourself say? 
 8:57: That person is gonna show up and be like, listen, motherfuckers, like I know what I'm talking about. 
 9:01: This is it, OK? 
 9:03: So show up value-packed posts, value pack, value, value, value, OK? 
 9:10: Don't just be that person that's like, who have this thing, buy this thing. 
 9:13: Add value, show off your expertise, OK? 
 9:16: Number 3, make that damn offer, make that damn offer, OK? 
 9:21: Talk about your products, talk about your services. 
 9:24: Talk about them every single day, OK? 
 9:26: But you don't have to talk about them in a creepy way where it's like, hey, come join this thing, come join this thing, come buy this thing, come buy this thing. 
 9:33: Be creative in it, right? 
 9:34: This is where like testimonials, where you can start to be,, you know, if you have like a product-based business, you can be really Artsy fartsy with how you show images or client testimonials. 
 9:47: There's so much fun stuff. 
 9:48: I don't have enough time now. 
 9:49: I have like 2 minutes left till my sales call, OK? 
 9:52: But people cannot buy what they do not know exists. 
 9:56: All right. 
 9:57: Number 4, slide into their inbox. 
 10:01: Yeah, slide on in there, OK? 
 10:03: So I want you to send a spicy, spicy, dicey weekly email, OK? 
 10:08: Tips, wins, offers, show up, show up, show up. 
 10:12: Remember the earlier podcast that I said, is your open sign on? 
 10:16: This is it, guys. 
 10:18: Your inbox, your social media, these things, these places, this is where you show up. 
 10:24: Let people know that you are there, OK? 
 10:27: Number 5, how, how strong is your DM game? 
 10:31: Let me say that again. 
 10:32: How strong is your DM game? 
 10:34: All right. 
 10:34: I want you to connect with 3 to 5 people every single day. 
 10:37: Real conversations over spammy pitches. 
 10:40: I was having this conversation with a client today. 
 10:43: Get that they have to be a client out of your head. 
 10:46: They are human beings first. 
 10:49: Not everybody is gonna be your client and you're just gonna have to be OK with that. 
 10:52: They are humans first. 
 10:54: Treat people like people and sales will come naturally. 
 10:57: All right. 
 10:58: Number 6, collab and conquer. 
 10:59: I want you to team up with other businesses, OK? 
 11:02: To do giveaways or summits or live collaborations, weekly live videos, anything along those lines, podcast interviews, OK, but New eyes equals new people equals more sales. 
 11:15: All right. 
 11:16: Number 7, brag a little. 
 11:18: Share a client win, share a transformation, share a testimonial, share the proof, you guys. 
 11:24: Proof, proof, proof, proof equals profit, rag, brag, brag, OK? 
 11:29: It is OK to brag about yourself. 
 11:31: Whoever said that this was not a thing, fuck them because guys do it all. 
 11:35: Time if guys can do it, women can do it too. 
 11:38: So I say brag all you want and anybody that says that you're bragging, say, fuck yeah, I am. 
 11:42: You should brag about yourself too. 
 11:44: OK? 
 11:45: Number 8, drop the CTA CTA call to action. 
 11:48: OK, be so dang clear. 
 11:52: Be clear as fuck about this, right? 
 11:55: Direct message me for the des. 
 11:56: Go to this page for this. 
 11:58: Book a call here. 
 12:00: And say it consistently. 
 12:02: Don't just say it once. 
 12:03: It's not a one and done thing, OK? 
 12:05: There is zero room for guesswork here. 
 12:07: People need to see things 8 to 10 to 12 times before they actually do the thing, OK? 
 12:13: So CTA, CTA, CTA be clear AF, OK? 
 12:18: Number 9, engage like a human. 
 12:20: I already said this, but I'm gonna say it again. 
 12:22: Spend 15 minutes genuinely engaging, and this is not in the DMs. 
 12:26: This is outside of the DMs, OK? 
 12:28: So this is on commenting on other people's pages. 
 12:32: This is in real life, this can be coffee chats, this can be all kinds of different things, but I want you to expand your network, OK? 
 12:39: So spend 15 minutes a day genuinely engaging, stop lurking and start talking, OK? 
 12:45: And number 10, hype your offer up. 
 12:48: Hype it up. 
 12:49: Your offer is gold. 
 12:51: It is fire. 
 12:52: You created it for a reason, OK? 
 12:55: So show up and talk about it. 
 12:56: Talk about it again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again some more because with all those new eyes that you're going to have coming to your circle, there's going to be people that have never seen your offer before. 
 13:11: And so you're You're gonna have to talk about it every damn day until you are blue in the face because there is gonna be people every damn day that that's gonna be the first time that they see it and you are gonna get more bored with your business than anybody else ever is, OK? 
 13:25: So hype your offer up, say it again and again and again and again. 
 13:29: I promise you, consistency is key here, OK? 
 13:32: So these small moves, these small, like these things that feel quote unquote really small. 
 13:38: Actually equal big, big, big paydays, OK? 
 13:41: Consistency, that's gonna be the theme for this whole freaking year, OK? 
 13:45: Stay consistent, be bold, quit worrying about what Suzy Q says down the street, OK? 
 13:51: Be bold. 
 13:53: Call in those people that you want to work with and watch that, watch that cat. 
 13:58: Watch those sales start to roll in, OK? 
 14:00: And that, my friends, is what I have for you today. 
 14:03: Start focusing on your financial health. 
 14:06: What do you need to do to be in peak financial health, both for yourself and for your business.
